These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation as well as all related services provided by Hotel Evermore.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation as well as all related services provided by Hotel Evermore.
A contract is concluded through the guest's booking and its acceptance by the hotel. Bookings can be made by phone, email, on our website, various internet portals or on site.
The hotel provides the guest with a room for the agreed duration. Breakfast is included in the room rate unless otherwise agreed.
The prices agreed at the time of booking apply, including statutory VAT. Accepted payment methods are: cash, debit card, credit card, bank transfer in advance and PayPal.
Free cancellation is possible up to 1 day before arrival. After that, we will charge 90% of the room price as a cancellation fee.
In case of no-show without cancellation, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
Cancellation conditions may vary and do not apply during trade fair and event dates.
Check-in from 2:00 PM on the arrival day. Check-out by 11:00 AM on the departure day.
Pets are allowed and fees apply. The guest is liable for any damage caused by animals.
Hotel Evermore is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of €250 may be charged in case of violation.
The hotel is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. The statutory provisions of §§ 701 ff. BGB (German Civil Code) apply.
Individual arrangements apply for group or special bookings.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – Fürth.
